Ponca and Compton, AR, offer a variety of hiking trails, kayaking spots, and waterfalls. Popular hiking trails include the Ozark Highlands Trail, Hemmed-in-Hollow Trail, and Compton Trailhead. For kayaking, the Buffalo National River features well-known spots like Ponca, Steel Creek, Kyles Landing, and Pruitt. Waterfalls to visit include Hemmed-in-Hollow, Hidden Falls, and Elk River Falls. These outdoor locations provide plenty of opportunities for adventure and exploration.
